the location

the host itself. claim to be perfect host but everything was far from perfect. UNIT B16-21 1. bathroom smell of urine and even after cleaning it myself still smell of urine 2. bathroom poor water drainage to the point of flooding 3. did not provide toiletries 4. tv was not setup prior to receiving guest, whatsapp and called business number but not reachable, i had to go down by myself to request for help 5. poor air conditioner, it started leaking on day 2 where the floor become wet 6. gave water heater but doesn’t work?? hello?? do you not check properly???? 7. only provide 1 plate and 2 sets of spoon and fork. i have to share is it???? 8. poor quality of bath towel
