Palazzo Grassi by Vivimy

The rooms and the house were amazing and very big. All the things were clean, and the host was very kind to us. If I return in the future, I'll definitely consider staying here again.

A truly one-of-a-kind apartment. The baroque-style décor gives it an incredible character – you really feel like you’re in another world. Very good location, close to the old town and many restaurants (I highly recommend La Burrateria). Easy self check-in and check-out.

On the downside, there is no dedicated parking. Although there is free street parking in front of the building, finding an available spot is almost impossible. The terrace and the kitchen are quite neglected and look very different from the photos.

Great location. Approximately a 15 minute walk from the old town, really close to the train station. It was pouring with rain when we arrived and our host Chiara came to get us from the train station. Chiara's breakfast's were amazing - plenty of choice and lots of it. Nothing was too much trouble. The property itself is quirky and we loved it!!

Our room was exeptional. High ceiling, very bright and spacious. Location is great as well, close to the train station.

We had a lovely stay, Chiara could not have been more friendly or hospitable! She even gave us tips for where to visit in the local area! The room and bathroom were spotless and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with new specialties to try each morning. Thanks again!

The host was lovely and made me feel very welcome. She was very helpful and was in contact during my stay to ask if I needed anything. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. I had breakfast both mornings of my stay which was excellent. Lots of variety and it's nice to try local specialities. The location was good, 5 min walk to the train station. It is in the new town so about 20 min walk to the old town.

I had a room facing the street so I could hear the noise of bins being emptied early in the morning but there was a festival when I was staying so that perhaps made for extra noise. The locking system on the outside door was tricky at times as the property is very old. It is beautifully restored inside which makes for a lovely authentic stay.

Chiara was excellent with all our wants and needs. The location is in walking distance to beach, main street, and old town!
