Palazzo Grassi by Vivimy

Such a big beautiful space with the kindest host who went over and above to ensure we were happy and comfortable. Really enjoyed breakfast on the terrace every morning.

Staying at Palazzo Grassi was an absolute joy. It much exceeded our expectations. Largely due to our host Chiara who was exceptional at making us feel welcome and making us feel at home. I would recommend having her breakfasts as they include local treats and homemade dishes (all of which were delicious!). The property is grand and has a traditional feeling with high ceilings and interesting furniture. Everything is clean and comfortable and it just feels like a happy place to be. It is only a 15 minute walk straight down the main road to Gallipoli old town which has many shops and sights along the way. Directly across the main road from the property is an amazing Burrata restaurant that you must try. There are a couple of supermarkets within a few minutes walk. If you are driving, there are plenty of spaces to park in the streets around Palazzo Grassi just make sure there's no blue lines as that means you have to pay. I would definitely stay here again and Chiara is the most helpful, kind, joyful host who really goes the extra mile. She also recommended two great places for us to eat. If only all places were like this! 10/10!

We had a wonderful time at Palazzo Grassi. Chiara was the most friendly and caring host we met here in Puglia and she prepared us every morning an awesome local breakfast. The room we stayed in was really spacious and comfortable and the location is also great, it’s not far from the train station and lies basically between the old town and “Baia Verde”. Also the check-in was quite flexibel and we were welcomed directly after we arrived in Gallipoli. We would definitely recommend this accommodation!:)

I truly reccommend Palazzo Grassi an an accommodation in Gallipoli. 15 minutes on food from the Old Town, a very clean and cosy room. Great savory and sweet breakfast. It was a great location not too far from the bus station and only about a 15 minute walk into the heart of the old town. Lovely room, plenty of space and the owner was very warm and helpful. Aircon worked and the bed was comfy!

The staff is very nice and the place they give you vouchers for breakfast is awesome.

Unfortunately, the beds were hard, the TV's cable connection did not work, and there was no hot water. The room also had one window that looked out onto construction.
