Ornate, very peaceful, organic. Simply perfect.

A beautiful setting, very secluded. A lovely room with a very kind host. I would recommend having dinner in the hotel too, great food and amazing value.

It shouldn’t put you off, but beware the road to reach the property is narrow and windy.

The property was beautiful. It is a bit remote, however definitely worth the drive. The family went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and we enjoyed so much talking to them and the other guests. This was one of the most unique stays we've ever had, and definitely the most memorable part of our trip in Italy. As we were leaving, we were already saying it would be great to come back next year - it really was the best and we are eternally grateful for how hospitable and welcoming the family of the villa was.

We had a wonderful stay. Everyone there was so helpful, welcoming, and kind. They gave us great recommendations for things to do, places to see, and food. In particular, the breakfast and dinner at the hotel was phenomenal. Everything was thought out so perfectly. If you want a place that is quiet and serene, this is where to go. It was also so interesting to be able to stay at such a unique place with history. We would absolutely recommend a stay here. It was magical!

I would only say to keep in mind that you will most likely need a car to get around, but that has nothing to do with how much we enjoyed our stay.

The location is a great pearl on the peninsula. Up there the view is just astonishing and a big contrast with chaotic Napoli. The place is a former monastry and even the famous 'maréchal' Murat (napoleon era) has spend some time there. The staff is very friendly and the food homemade. The swimming pool has also an amazing view. This is romance with capital 'R'.
