GBAll the staff made us feel very welcome. Lovely atmosphere in the bar area. Food great - we had dinner and the breakfast was yum. The room was clean and spacious - brew facilities. Short scenic walk to shops and bars. Dog bed provided. Really enjoyed our stay.
Bathroom needs a refurb.
GBGBGBHave stayed here before, ideal location for Settle Victoria Hall… Clean, comfortable, friendly staff.. Complimentary items in fridge on corridor a nice touch.. Although the room is a little dated & tired, it’s very homely.. Breakfast was good Won’t hesitate to stay again
The room wasn’t checked after our first night, the drinks weren’t replenished & the bin wasn’t emptied.. Only a minor issue as we always make our beds & leave it tidy
GBThe room and bathroom was spacious. Quiet too. Beds comfy, I slept well. Plenty of parking. Staff were friendly. Having milk and juice available in a fridge near the room was handy. Lovely evening meal. A ten minute walk into Settle.
Just a few little things which weren’t a big issue at all. Bathroom was a bit tired. Wardrobes needed straightening up.
GBBig, comfy spacious rooms, 2 dog beds with a goody bag laid out for both dogs, everything was clean, food was to die for, lovely staff, great location - everything was great! The free bottled water was also a lovely touch (from someone who struggles with tap water). Incredible hotel.
