Could not connect to Internet for work. Could not get connection with satellite for tv

NOTHING????? The hotel cancelled my stay (unrightfully) and overbooked my room to someone else. Completely unprofessional staff; the rude receptionist attacked me as if I'm begging them for a room... I wish the hotel management sack this unprofessional staff who is just a bad reflection of you guys. It was supposed to be my first stay at your hotel, and I'd never think in my life again of booking this hotel. Such a disgrace and shame. I will tell everyone about this experience and whenever I have an opportunity to share over social media I will do. Oh and by the way, I contacted booking.com about it and they were super surprised by how unprofessional these guys are, so BE CAREFUL and runnnnn.

I book almost every month a different hotel in different cities (as part of my job is to travel for work). I have NEVER EVER had an issue with booking.com reservations until I arrived to this hotel after driving 5 hrs! I arrived to the receptionist and he said your booking was cancelled as your credit card was not right (he meant I am spaming the system and putting a fake credit card) I told him WHAT? He said you're also unprofessional by not putting your phone number (although my phone number and email address show on my profile and they can easily pull those up if they spent 1 second more). Such a disgrace, shame on him.
