The Beach is beautiful and onsite to our unit

We had to share a balcony

I’d like to have an a porch and but need a full kitchen for cooking. I like to be on the ground floor and just a courtyard walk away from the beach.

I didn’t like how I was a word awoken every morning in the middle of the night by drunk people talking too loud and then I was expected to be quiet early morning in during the day.

The first unit I was in, for 6 nights, the beds were uncomfortable. They were too hard. We saw a few roaches the final evening of our stay in that unit. We advised management the next day and they said they would spray the unit. They seemed genuinely concerned. They regularly asked us if we required anything to make our stay more confortable and I saw they did the same with other guests.The second unit I was in the beds were very comfortable, the unit was great overall. Check-in was easy and staff were very pleasant. The grounds are well maintained. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi which was family friendly. The proximity to the beach cant be beat. Varied age group of guests on site.I would consider this property again.

Beautiful garden and great waterfront.

There was no iron and no mirror to see my wrinkled clothes as I got dressed. No one came to clean my room which was fine but I at least expected someone to stop by to leave toilet paper and towels. When I needed more toilet paper or towels I had to go and ask. On top of all of that ROACHES. I would not recommend or stay again.

We stayed here for 3 nights and the studio did have everything we needed but it wasn't very clean. The WiFi cut out a lot and the toilet was not flushing though Ana Marie kindly resolved the problems on the first day. There were also two cockroaches that came into the room, but this was also dealt with quickly by Ana Marie. For the price, you can't really complain too much as Negril is an expensive area. The staff when around were friendly and helpful and we were right next to the beach but overall, it was disappointing. Also would be good for other travellers to know there are 3 apartment complexes situated there and the main road sign only shows Beach Negril condos so be aware when trying to find it from the road.
