The laid back, homey feel. Staff was also very courteous.

The mosquitoes were a nuisance. Adding a mesh sliding door would help to mitigate the mosquitoes getting into your room.

I love the area the staff was friendly and helpful and the costomer service was great ...also oeople friendly and was professional and big up to the security team at the front gate always helpful and looking out for the guest protection...and the room was big and nice an ac was cold and well kept at good temperature..and the gift shop ladie was very helpful and friendly and always have a pleasant smile that will make anyone bad day turn into good...all staff was great overall...will be visit back sands an blue seas for sure im the further...👍✨️

Well not bad but...i love to know how to use the safe in the room next time and also have someone assit me with it...

It's very close to the beach.

The place feels old and smells as if the air was not fresh.

To whom it may concern. At first this place was questionable, but as the night progress things took a turn for the good. The restaurant staff went above and beyond for my family. We didn't even have to leave the property for food. We had dinner on beach and watch the sunset. Thanks to "Big Red" for his service and his humor. He really made us felt at home. Thanks again.

The front desk took a bit getting use too.. several front desk for the one property. So that welcome feeling wasnt there.
