Sugar Beach

Right by the beach, nice pool areas. The sugar shack staff were great. The security guards were all nice and friendly. All the amenities to just relax and enjoy a little downtime.

I don’t have any dislikes.

The many pools, easy access to the beach. Location was great, close to walmart, and restaurants

The bed was very noisy and hard. Squeaked at every movements waking up the other person when turning around. The bathroom shower was barely big enough for one person. The amenities were out dated. Iron was definitely 20 yrs old, old fashioned coffee maker, wish there was a k cup type of coffee machine. No ice maker in freezer, had to use ice trays. Room as advertised as ocen view, it is not. Balcony over looks the parking garage

The elevators are terrible

It was wonderful very clean room just a few small issues

The elevators could use some attention and the parking is pretty tight and the drain pipes in the showers don't drain very well probably need cleaning

The location is wonderful! The price was good for the location and the season. Plenty of towels.

There were just small things that made the condo feel slightly neglected or dated, for example not enough dishes for the amount of occupancy, the ice maker didnt work and there were no ice trays to make ice either, curtains that didn't quite cover the slinging balcony doors. Needed some detailed cleaning (the bedroom lamp was covered in dust, the dryer vent needed major lint trap cleaning, and the AC vent/return as you walked into the condo was dirty. The kitchen is small and although I didn't want to cook more than breakfast, there was nowhere to store groceries other than the top of the fridge. Now to the property management's defense, I did message about the lack of dishes but told them we didn't need them. We had already purchased disposable plates.

Our unit, 316 was severely outdated and old. It was depressing. The view was a pickleball court that was in bad need of paint. I’m sure many of the units at this older property are nice and well kept, but beware of this one. Torn flooring. Ugly furniture. At close to 300 per night you just expect better. The toilets were squat. The carpet upstairs had no pile left. Felt ikky to walk on barefoot. Just very trashy.
