Sugar Beach

The location of as great.

It was not the way it was made out to look in the pictures.

We love sugar beach condos and have been coming for years. I wasn’t impressed by this unit though. There were not enough towels for the 6 of us. There was only 1 comforter for the bunk beds. The “maid” dropped off top sheets for blankets. I had to go buy a dust pan to be able to sweep up to be courteous with the sand that was inevitable. I was not going to leave it all over the floor. The constant 10 digit PIN number to get in and out of the unit was not enjoyable. As I was not going to leave the door unlocked. The beach access is always a huge plus and we enjoyed our time at the pool.

I loved the view, ease of access to the beach and definitely the heated pool

Room was clean

View sucked and too close to the street. Parking fee and cleaning fee way too high for a two day stay

The location and the beach

We were in Unit 316. It was dirty. The 1st floor bathroom - the sink wouldn't drain, the toilet was always running. The 2nd floor bathroom - the vinyl floor was horrible, needs replacing bad. The carpet upstairs was badly stained. The area rug in the living roomwas filthy with ground in dirt, it didn't even look like it had been vacuumed before we got there. The couch was VERY uncomfortable, and it smelled awful... In the hallway, coming out of the kitchen, there was something that had run down the wall, but it was all dried up. We scrubbed it and got it all off. Overall, it was disgusting!!! YUCK!!! We will definitely not be coming g back to Sugar Beach Condominiums Unit #316.....
