Access to hotel via vehicle it's quite narrow and off-road, so plan accordingly. Sound insulation is not satisfactory as any noise you make from one room it can be easily heard to the next room.

We have a big problem with this booking. The hotel completely does not match the description and photos provided on your website! This "hotel" is located in the middle of nowhere, where there is no road, communications and even signs. The room provided to us does not meet any sanitary standards. Let's start with a cement floor that is not suitable for living space, a bed on a dirty cement base, holes in the window screens, spiders and other insects on the walls, dirty, smelly towels, mold, a cardboard bathroom door, a sticky, sucked toilet. The pool at this location has not been cleaned since it was built. When we decided to talk to the man at the reception, he turned out to be drunk and did not understand a single word! He never understood that we left the keys and left the "hotel". If, God forbid, there is a critical health situation or something else, tell me how people can communicate with this person? And now please explain to us how your site could have an excellent rating for this hotel? It was this rating and false, fake reviews that led us astray and forced us to rent this hotel. Our holiday is ruined because of your neglect of what you provide on your website. We are ready to offer publicity for this situation so that other people's vacations are not spoiled by booking such "hotels" through your website.

Overall below average but I guess value for money. Definitely wouldn’t return to this resort. Owners look like they need a serious holiday but just struggling through it on a daily basis. Great island and stunning sunsets.

Strange isolated place, we stayed for 2 weeks and not really greeted well upon arrival. Found it difficult to navigate the moonscape drive to the top of the hill. Be sure to take damage waiver on any vehicle you rent. Asked for an extra towel but only one per day permitted. Food was below average, presented well but all Lidl and same every day. Service below average. Being a nature resort the only things we saw in abundance were hornets. Rooms were like ovens with no thermal insulation but there was noisy Aircon. Spectacular views and sunsets. Rooms are for short people with several height hazards. No hot or even warm water for 10 days then electrician arrives at 9.30pm working on roof. Basic mattress on concrete bed has killed our backs and the constant squeaking kept us awake. Visitors and guests arriving at all hours slamming metallic doors that don’t lock easily.

Pictures are amazing with the view, but this place isn’t worth the money, better read all the reviews of one star on google .

the facilities don’t meet the expectations that we had from the photos. Probably, the photos have been taken at the first year of the hotel and after that none treatment has been performed. For instance, the telephone of the shower was full of green spots and staff like walls, furniture was dirty too. All these made our stay uncomfortable.

Terrible. We got to our room and the first thing we noticed was the smell. It smelled like wet and mold. When we looked around the bathroom, there was mold on every corner even on the vent. The door was rotten and the sheets were dirty. People working there are mean. First they gave us another room, but the second wasn't much different form the first. So we wanted to cancel the booking. When I told this to the owner he became very angry with me and started yelling and insult me. After 3 hours of phone calls with booking.com we finllay got our money back almost in total and we ran so fast to get out of there. Don't recomend.
