we checked in, paid and checked out to leave the premises 5 minutes later. I do understand the non refundable policy and knew I wouldnt get my money back but I honestly couldnt stay there. its in the middle of actually nowhere, no signal on my phone, full of bugs and bees, there is no actual road and we could hardly drive the car there. I cannot imagine how bad would be to drive there during the night. There are no lights in the “road”, the gps wasn’t working. It’s actually dangerous to drive there. The pools were tiny, covered in insects and u cannot actually swim because it looks dirty and as an unfinished pool with no tiles in it. the room was smelly, tiny, the bed is not an actual bed but a simple mattress. the AC was not responding and the room looked unfinished as if not painted. There was no AC in the reception area during a heatwave. I honestly dont know why this is even on booking. I left there crying as I was so scared! the manager refused to provide any refund for the 5 minutes we spent there and as I said I can accept the terms I already knew, but we are humans and I felt zero empathy. It felt like they want to take our money and not to have returning customers there. Also the hotel was not overbooked, it was still available on booking so why would they not give us any money back? its not like someone else would book it and there was no availability because of us. maybe because this is the only way to get money for this accommodation? otherwise everyone would leave… fully disappointed. how is this even a 3 star hotel? we ended up paying extreme prices to book another stay in an actual hotel. this should not be in booking and I believe the good reviews on booking are fake. sorry.

Staff tried to help us with a packed breakfast for the last morning as we had to leave early. Breakfast was very good and rich. We also had gyros from the menu for dinner and it was pretty good. You have a nice view over the island from the resort. It is a quiet location (depending on the preferences and mood, this can also be a con)

The pools are very small and shallow, not for swimming. The room was not confortable: sink in the room, noisy uncomfortable bed, no shelf at the shower etc. The road to the resort was not marked properly and confusing.

The view , the balcony and the air-conditioning! The young guy from the bar is a really nice person !

No attention to details, the bathroom has no ventilation ! The place has really good potential !

Agallio Nature Resort is a hidden resort nestled in the heart of nature. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the lush greenery that surrounded the resort, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The highlight of my stay was exploring the beautiful natural surroundings, hiking through the nearby hills, and immersing myself in the stunning scenery. I highly recommend Agallio Nature Resort to anyone looking for a rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It truly is a unique and inspiring place to be. The 360 degree view was splendide.

The pool was not crystal clear.

i don’t understand all the negative comments this hotel got, and we are glad we still chose it. the location is incredible, but be aware that you need a vehicle if you book here, it’s not close to the sea or anything. the silence was incredible, and the view as well. we also loved the breakfast, nothing special but it was delicious. the staff is really friendly, also the cleanliness was totally ok. we had a wonderful stay, it was a silence that can’t be described, and it was very relaxing. don’t come here if you want to be noisy and can’t support quietness :) also don’t follow google maps to get here, it leads you nowhere, you have to follow the signs on the road. it’s not a good road that leads you up, so if you are afraid to go off-road, also don’t choose this.

in our opinion the mattress was awful and very noisy, this is the only thing they should definitely change…
