The location, the stuff (especially Selma) were awesome

The drains were not functioning properly. We requested assistance more than once, no assistance was provided and the room was quite small.

TUTTO, svegliarsi con il rumore delle onde ed il fruscio delle foglie delle palme è il modo migliore per staccarsi dallo stress. Impagabile la colazione servita sulla terrazza della camera ed il poter vivere a piedi scalzi tra mare, sabbia e splendidi panorami. Il personale e la manager sono ECCEZZIONALI, sempre presenti ma discreti, la visione green della struttura è stata apprezzata e scoprire che non serve (anche per chi deve essere connesso all'ufficio) il wifi 24/24 è una libertà che mancava. Ho potuto ricaricare le batterie del mio fisico disintossicandomi dallo stress della vita "normale" E poi c'è Dimitri che con le sue fusa è la vera star dello Sahnuo

dover ripartire.....ovviamente ma non escludo il ritorno .....

The staff were superb at taking care of our needs. The location was magnificent.

There was no aircon but they provided an additional fan which helped. Im unfortunately menopausal so it was a bit unfortunate.

Shanuo ist ein süßes kleines und authentisches Hotel am Traumstrand. Luxus auf natürlichem Niveau. Perfektes Frühstück, das jeden Morgen serviert wird, saubere kleine Zimmer mit angenehmem Bett, Moskitonetz, Ventilator und eigener Terrasse, ausreichend Sonnenliegen und vor allem: Topservice, äußerst freundliche und liebe Angestellte und absoluter Wohlfühlfaktor! Danke an Gillian und ihr Team für diesen Traumurlaub. Ich habe mich hier "zu Hause" gefühlt! Kein Wunsch blieb unerfüllt. Es werden auch tolle Touren angeboten und organisiert und alles hat immer wunderbar geklappt! Ich komme sicher wieder! Asante Sana an Gillian und alle Mitarbeiter!
