Balloon Cave Hotel

Very welcoming and hospitable. Always ready to help us. Gave good advice and also offered us drinks on arrival. Upgraded one room. The restaurant was lovely. The meals were filling. They also offered us umbrellas when it started raining. Very conveniently situated.

Es un hotel maravilloso, cuenta con todo para tener una experiencia excepcional, el personal del hotel muy amables y atentos, el desayuno una maravilla, todas las instalaciones cumplen al 100% muy centrico, puedes salir a caminar sin problemas, todo muy cercano ( farmacias, supermercado, restaurantes, etc.)

Desayuno de variedad, habitación muy grande y cómoda, terraza amplia para ver los globos al amanecer, personal muy amable y atento.

La piscina es pequeña y con poco espacio para tumbonas. Las actividades y tours son mucho más baratas si las contratas allí mismo que a través del hotel.

We stayed 4 nights in a family king room on the first floor. The room was exactly what it was shown in the pictures. It was very big and the bed was decorated when we arrived. There was a big jacuzzi with bubble bath provide which was the most enable part. The staff was very helpful and they even bought a nice cake for my husband to celebrate his birthday. The hot water suddenly ran out one night and it was quickly fixed the next day.

My advice is don’t book a room without windows. Ventilation depended on the ventilation fan but the power was connected to other 3 sets of lights. That means, you either have no ventilation at night or you have the lights on the whole night when you sleep. That will affect your sleep. Another thing is the room is smelly, especially the bathroom. It is damp , dark and uncomfortable. That’s all caused by having no sunlight in the room. Breakfast was with very limited options. The ladies preparing the breakfast always chatted very loudly and they even smoked and seated on the other tables near the guests. That’s the most uncomfortable experience.
