Balloon Cave Hotel

A very pleasant hotel! We had a great time — the staff were extremely friendly and always responsive. The breakfast was very good and varied. The hotel is nicely arranged, clean, and well maintained. There is a beautiful rooftop terrace with a lovely view of Göreme, and the location is quiet and ideal for a relaxing stay. We would gladly come back!

The ventilation fan in the bathroom is not working.

Could not find fault with my stay. Team were attentive and on hand to book trips and recommend restaurants. Hotel is located less than a 5 minute walk from Main Street with restaurants/shops. Rooms were very spacious, quiet (no street noise), and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was well stocked and had something for everyone. Even though it was November the rooftop space was above our expectations it had a dome to sit in & a nice relaxing vibe.

Lovely, small hotel in a great location - just a few minutes walk to downtown Goreme and with amazing views of the hot air balloons from the terrace and windows. Great breakfast and very friendly, helpful and responsive staff - we had an early check out on our final day and they surprised us with packed sandwiches and juice for the journey to the airport. Spacious and clean room, warm and great hot shower.

A little bit of mould in the bathroom, and the staff once did room service when we had the DND sign on our door. One night there was a dog barking outside which was loud in our room but thankfully we had my baby’s white noise machine to drown the sound out.

Le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel, très gentil, réactif et toujours prêt à aider. Le petit-déjeuner est bon, simple mais très correct pour le prix. Le rapport qualité-prix est bon et le charme de l’endroit correspond bien à l’ambiance typique.

Propreté décevante (beaucoup de calcaire, coins sales, objets oubliés) et lit bébé initialement dans un état inacceptable, même s’il a été remplacé ensuite. La chambre 204 est bruyante (restaurant juste au-dessus) et ne correspond pas à la description : aucune vue, seulement sur un cimetière. Les rideaux laissent passer toute la lumière dès 7h du matin, ce qui est gênant. L’hôtel n’est pas du tout adapté aux enfants : une grande porte-fenêtre s’ouvre directement sur la rue sans barrière, ce qui est dangereux.

Olor a humedad en la habitación

La belle terasse qui donne sur une vue dégagée. Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner dehors. C’était bien décoré. Le personnel est au top, réponds immédiatement en cas de problème.
