Het uitzicht was fantastisch. Het zwembad was ook een groot pluspunt.

Het appartement wordt niet goed bijgehouden. Er waren veel mankementen. We hebben 2 dingen zelf gerepareerd. Uit de vorige reviews bleek voor mij al dat er niets met de opmerkingen werd gedaan. We hebben het zelf maar gedaan. Grootste tegenvaller was het buitenmeubilair. Hoe kan je een appartement verhuren aan maximaal 5 personen en maar 1 buitenstoel neerzetten bij een oude tafel? Echt een teleurstelling.

Flot udsigt

Lejligheden er slet ikke vedligeholdt og den bliver ikke gjort ren. Spindelvæv og skidt over det hele, utætte rør i køkkenet så gulvet flyder med vand. Sengene er gået i stykker. Der mangler spisestole, en stol til borden på terrassen som er total faldefærdigt. Bruseren holdes oppe med en snor fra udluftningen fordi den er gået i stykker. Solsengen ved poolen var 10 år gamle og kunne ikke bruges fordi de var smadret. Flere møbler forsøgt repareret med tape. Ville aldrig anbefale denne lejlighed til nogen. Når man kontakter udlejer med fejl henviser han blot til et andet nummer. Lejligheden fremstår på ingen måde som på billederne. Find en fin lejlighed nede i byen og spar jer for denne oplevelse.

Møblerne var defekte ved ankomst og der er skimmelsvamp i det ene soveværelse..

Kunne ikke komme af med vores køkken affald, Så det måtte vi stille på altanen.

La casa estaba correcta, pero no habia aire acondicionado y solo habia un ventilador que funcionaba mal. Solicitamos dos ventiladores y nos trajeron uno y no prendia. El wifi no funciono en ningun momento de nuestra estadia y no lo solucionaron. Buena y amplia cocina. Vstas muy bonitas dado que esta en la subida de un cerro. Pequeñas cosas a solucionar por parte del dueño y seria una muy buena experiencia.

The biggest advantage of the accommodation is its location. The panorama is stunning, the apartment is of good size and layout, the garage is convenient (let's say the parking requires some practice) the pool is excellent. The kitchen is well equipped. The port (Varenna) can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

Despite the above, there are unfortunately several things that lower the rating of the apartment. The freezer in the kitchen had probably not been defrosted for years, one of the knives was crooked, the other had simply fallen out of the wooden handle. The legs of the chairs were moving, the legs were bent. The kitchen furniture had been cleaned superficially. The wooden table and chairs on the terrace were worn out and needed to be replaced or renovated. The two sun loungers by the pool were rubbish, unusable. Even though there was a wifi router, there was no internet connection, the TV could not be turned on (I think the batteries were running low). The sink in the bathroom was missing a light bulb, the water in the sink drains with difficulty. Unfortunately, I see that others have already described some of these problems, and the hosts have promised to fix them in each case, but despite this, not much has happened. I'm sorry, because otherwise the apartment would be excellent! Oh, and one more thing: in the photo itinerary sent by the host, the key holder on the garage door is not the coded device in the first photo, but the box in the last photo!

Localisation, views

Unfortunately, the facility is not clean. The pool visible in the photos was dirty and closed at the end of May. There were no pillows or bedding in the room (there were six of us). The sons slept on the sofa in the living room, which was not prepared for this. The dishes in the kitchen were dirty, there was no corkscrew (the next day the service brought it). Generally, the location is beautiful, but I do not recommend.

Amazing view on the lake! The appartment is confortable enought for 5 people, we had a great stay!

Some small equipments were missing, especially in the kitchen we didn't find all we needed to cook (no good pan, no corkscrew...)

The view is fantastic from every angle both to get to/from the property and from the property itself, you can see right across the lake to Bellagio, Menaggio and beyond. The flat is very clean and well equipped and the bathroom upstairs is spacious (it helps that there are two showers and two toilets on either floor)! The trip down to the Varenna ferry terminal is quick!

The garage for the car is below the property, not under so it can feel like a trek to get there after a long day or with suitcase - recommend parking at the top (by the gate) first to drop everything off before then putting the car away.
