Luxury Downtown Dallas Stay by Amyfinehouse

It was a great 1st experience for me staying in something like this. Usually stay in a hotel. Much more personable and inexpensive. Thank you for a great weekend

It was only the first night, but it smelled of chemical odor during hours between 12am and 5am.

Nothing. The space was large.

The location is very sketchy. The building is not safe. The smell of marijuana greats you as you walk in and is throughout the whole building. The unit had a bad smell. They said it has 2 beds and a pull out. It had 2 beds and non working Costco blow up mattress. The sheets had holes in them. We left after 1 night because we were very uncomfortable there. Hoped to get a refund of something, but no. I would not recommend staying there and will no longer use booking.com

The host was very communicative. Explained everything so well I had no questions at all. Will definitely book again

Apartment was good and clean and in a convenient location downtown.

The app is less than helpful. Having to photo my CC and all private information including CVC # so they can hold a $200 bond. Building has an odour similar to hydroponic dope. Less than average complimentary breakfast being one toasted sausage sandwich and self-service coffee. No one informed us, the kitchen is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday We were offered a frozen meal from the freezer to offset kitchen closure. Extremely noisy other guests yelling and slamming doors intermittently until 02.00. After extending our stay, by 3 days and paying upfront, we were charged a double cleaning fee and the door code was changed without notification. We were locked out. Thank goodness the building management office was open and they assisted us. There are homeless people sleeping in front and around the building so late night single ladies may feel unsafe. On the app it offers discounts for 7 day stays. Our first 4 nights through booking.com and the next 3 nights through Amyfinehouse direct that cost the same amount as booking.com for 4 nights After some heated communication at Amyfinehouse we managed to get the extra cleaning fee returned All in all frustrating stay

It was close to downtown main center. Att center, walking by distance as well as the cow statue park.

The location of it, tons of homeless people unfortunately, very sad. Also it states as a Luxury apartment, don’t get me wrong the place was nice and clean. But to state as luxury, not luxury, but clean for sure.
