Beautiful, modern, secure

This place was amazing especially for the price! Very comfortable and clean!!!

It was a large apartment with spacious rooms, fairly clean, and close to the city center.

It was very difficult to get in touch with the staff, as they rarely answered the phone. When issues arose, it often took one to two days for them to respond. The washing machine was broken, and despite several calls, no repair was made, so we had to wash our clothes by hand for 11 days. Additionally, the building had a persistent unpleasant odor that affected all of our clothes and belongings.

I was locked out of my room for a whole night without no help from in person staff. I do not recommend

Very nice unit. Have us space we needed. Close to lots of restaurants and downtown Dallas. Having a valet service was great tho.

Lots of homeless people around, and the pool was not clean. Didn’t look like had a lot of staff on weekend when their were lots of guests

homeless folks everywhere, very old building, and discovered bugs crawling out of the walls in the kitchen in the evening time whenever I’d try to eat a meal. many rental units on the property so guests/neighbors are quite loud/rowdy. there is a smell throughout the building but after a while it became bearable. I honestly wouldn’t recommend staying here.

It started off really rocky. The valet was anything but friendly, didn't ask for a lot of information when I left my vehicle and made me wonder if I would ever see it again. It was right at dark and the property didn't feel safe. Walking to the room, I was cat-called by numerous people at the pool, in the lobby and waiting for the elevator. The room itself was so pretty, and the view was amazing. That night, I did put my suitcase in front of the door. During the day, it was alot better, the valet was never great, but the day staff was much friendlier. Once everyone seemed to have left Sunday, the place and area felt alot safer. As far as the area, same thing, nighttime was a bit sketchy with alot of homeless people. All in all, I felt more secure the longer I stayed. But being a single mom with 2 kids, I probably would not book this spot again.

The hotel is not luxury as advertised. It’s actually an old, rustic unit in an aging building with an inconvenient entry system. The apartment door mechanism is faulty — it takes a long time to close properly. I’m attaching photos to show how unattractive the place is, not to mention the musty, stale odors throughout. And considering the price I paid, it was a complete scam. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. Be careful and don’t be misled — this place is awful, ugly, poorly lit, and far from what it claims to be.
