Sus anfitriones muy muy cálidos y amorosos, nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento. Sus desayunos exquisitos!!! La ubicación excelente a 10 minutos caminando del centro. Great value for money, really helpful staff and rooms were a perfect size. Staff helped arrange a taxi to Da nang which was quick and a fair price.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at Gioan Boutique Villa and couldn’t recommend it more highly! From the moment I arrived, the owner Vina couldn’t have been more accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, always ready to help with anything I needed and offering great local recommendations. The villa itself is beautiful, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. The rooms are well maintained, comfortable, and feel like a little oasis after a day exploring. It truly feels like a home away from home. One of the highlights is that Vina also hosts a cooking class at the villa, which is a fantastic experience if you’re looking to do something special during your stay in Hoi An. It’s such a great way to learn about local cuisine in an intimate and welcoming setting. The location is perfect — very central with so much to see and do around the area. Whether you want to explore the old town, enjoy local cafés, or just wander the streets, everything is within easy reach. They also offer bicycle and motorbike hire directly from the villa at a very reasonable price, which makes getting around even easier. Overall, an amazing experience. I would absolutely stay here again! ✨

The staff were lovely and very helpful, they kindly allowed us an early check in after our night on the sleeper bus which was very much appreciated. The location was perfect, less than a 10 minute stroll to the old town. Great value for money, the pool was lovely too. Clean and comfortable!

Walls are thin so can be hard to sleep if you are a light sleeper as you hear noise from the street and other guests etc. There was a bad smell in the room at times during the day, unsure if it was the toilet or AC. Nothing major though.

A very well kept, clean and friendly place. She helped me solve an issue I had with a bus company while on route to the property. She gave us recommendations for things to do.

Naprawdę fantastyczny właściciel. Duży przestronny pokój. Lokalizacja w zasięgu spaceru 10 minut od starego miasta i warto wybrać ją zamiast centrum bo jest cicho i przyjemnie. Tuż obok jest więzienie-muzeum, koniecznie trzeba skorzystać.

Trochę cienkie ściany, słychać co sąsiedzi robią za ścianą, ale nie przeszkadzało nam za bardzo.
