Un excellent accueil et l’hôtel est bien placé dans une ruelle très calme. Tout est proposé pour que l’on passe un bon séjour

Tout est très bien mais un effort pour le room service quand on reste plusieurs jours pourrait être amélioré (rien de dramatique)

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und es gab alles mögliche an Ausstattung. Das Personal war super! Man hat ein eignen Schlüssel fürs Tor bekommen. Man kann ebenfalls direkt vor Ort verschiedene Touren buchen, sowieso Wäsche Service. Mein Rucksack ist am Vortag kaputt gegangen und der Betreiber des Hotels hat mir dabei geholfen diesen bei einem Schneider reparieren zu lassen. Kann man jedem für den Preis weiterempfehlen! Wir haben ebenfalls eine Tour gemacht!

Wonderful stay! A beautiful hotel with a spacious, comfortable room. The owner was incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel is located on a quiet street within walking distance of Hoi An Old Town, which was perfect for us. We really enjoyed our stay. We arrived late in the evening and were checked in without any issues, and at our request the owner also kindly arranged an airport transfer. Highly recommended!

Good location, spacious clean room, solar powered shower (adequate pressure) and water drains properly. Easy walk to the Old Town. Highlight is Ho: staff extraordinaire who does everything around the place, keeps everyone happy with his upbeat temperament and humour and is kind and efficient.

Can feel like it's a business hub for tours, cooking class and transportation offers rather than a comfortable base. Understaffed.
