My wife fell down in the parking garage after a staff member poured a bucket of water down as we were walking. She busted her knee. That was Labor Day weekend.

Very dated in need of entire upgrade .I arrived to find no A/C no tv toilet wouldn’t flush and one of the three lights didn’t work,dose that sound like the room you’d like?

I Called for a Ice bucket and was told to go to the second floor (had Elevator) and get ice where they said it'd be, Only to get told they don't have a Ice maker on the second floor it's been broken for a while and I'd have to use the Hotel Across the Street to get ice.Me being Disabled it would be a challenge. I also asked for a trash can I never received the whole time I was there.the Microwave outlet was Sparkling due to the Cord wasn't long enough and it was bent upward trying to reach the outlet. There was a Stain I took a video of it on the sheet and had to move to the Second bed and then a few Washcloths had mildew stains on them and they Never came to replace them until the Next morning when they clean the rooms, Even tho I reported it To the Office.let me be Clear that the cleaning guy did bring me a ice bucket and it was from another room he said because they didn't have but so many and it looked like Cigarette butts had been put out in it, so I washed it out myself and my Grandbaby went across the street and got ice for me. The Front desk Girl Kayla was very Rude and lied several times when I asked for a Corporate number or Customer service number. Gave me 2 different numbers and I'm sure after getting loud had a great laugh at my Disability for sending me a Number that goes to Disability Equipment. I was clearly upset not to get through with Anything being Settled.

The Bad Attitude from front desk Kayla and the other girl wouldn't give me her name. And lies, lies, lies to get numbers on Resolution to the Many issues. Dirty and Dangerous as far as outlets Are. They tell you we're going to get right on it, but it never happened.

Let me start by the broken latch lock on the door, there was evidence that the door had been pryed open previously, the leg on the table fell off when we slid it against the door for protection. There was a hair in the sink, there was hair in the tub, and the tub was filthy(hint: a little bleach goes a long way). The freezer to the mini fridge was packed with inches of ice and frost. the non smoking room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Our room was right next to some type of generator, which went off all night loing! Worst $250 I ever spent. there is a reason I stay at the Hilton Brands. Will never stay a Ramada again!
