Ramada by Wyndham Virginia Beach

The cleanliness of the room. The room had a musty, old smell even after lysol was sprayed, the odor would not go away. The walls had cracks in it and other defects, etc. The bed was small ,I was hoping and praying that it was absent of bed bugs. The front staff at desk were nice but I would not stay at the Ramada at Wyndham hotel in Virginia Beach, Va again.

False advertisement of where we would be staying, broke ac in first room then by the second night the ac was not blowing cold air in second room. Phone didn't work, toilet paper roll broke, the amount of dirtiness was insane, we were not happy with our room.

On your online there is breakfast available ( included), but practically the front desk lady she said us we don't have breakfast ( breakfast is not included). And you changed me $13 extra. Online was total $145 , but you charged me $158.

That it was close to the beach

That we didn't get the room that we had reserved for a few months bc of it got wet from the rain. Then our door had been kicked in before. Wouldn't lock and the rooms needs to be updated. I was not happy with our stay. To say the least.

the location of the hotel was the only thing that was nice.

numerous calls to the front desk. broken toilet. sink clogged. only 1 towel in the room upon check in. housekeeping came in the room while we were at the beach. they picked up dirty towels. left without refilling toilet paper. ice machines broken, resulting in us having to cross the street to enter the main hotel building and going to the 6th floor for ice.

I liked of this hotel nothing.
