Ramada by Wyndham Virginia Beach

The place was VERY dirty! The entire hotel smelled like marijuana! We stayed 5 minutes and left.

Location was great

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly the tub was dirty. Towels and washcloths were stained I had to change rooms twice and the 3 rd one the shower dripped all day causing the floor to be wet.

I love that they had a suite section.

There wasn’t the ability to pay for extras parking when the space was there ,

Room, staff didn’t accommodate our family gave us a smaller room and lied on the paper work we had a room with one double bed for 4 kids and 1 adult was not a comfortable stay. We got no extra blankets and no towels when we asked for them.

Everything it wasn’t very comfortable at all because of the worn out structure that it is they need to update it.

The bed was comfortable and the shower in the studio suite was nice.

I was charged more than expected for booking. Com My room was not what I reserved and they could not fix it. Also, my room smelled like mildew and felt dirty.

Location was ok but I didn’t love having to cross the street after leaving the beach, as I thought I was booking a beachfront hotel. The two properties having the same name was confusing.

So dirty, garbage and dirty towels left out on the balcony, roaches outside walking up to our room and INSIDE room. Smelled like mold, room wasn’t ready for a half hour after I checked in so we didn’t get into our room until 5pm.

Outdoor pool was closed the entire stay. bug on night stand when we walked in, waiting an hour or longer for towels. Cleaning staff was weird and barely spoke english. When asking for a refund or partial the girl huffed and walked back to the office.
