Ramada by Wyndham Virginia Beach

The room was better then expected and it was right across the street from the beach

There was no towels in the room when we checked in, housekeeping never came to the room to restock toilet paper or towels or anything for a 3 night stay.

Table and chairs falling apart Sheets on one bed stained Bathtub so stained it looked dirty

It was suppose to be pay at the property and they charged me before I arrived, and then the over charged me, I have turned the bank statement in to your email, the toilet made a horrible noise, the shoer bar came off, the beds were hard as a brick, the room smelled funny, the pool was ice cold, no breakfast.

We have a very bad experience We never saw a employee in the facility No toilet paper my daughter needs ice and we have to go across the street to get it The ac hardly works the room smells horrible the bathroom was dirty When I made the reservation the total was $ 287.48 and when I check in, they charge me $340.51 they never show me the total or give me receipt I know is my fault because I thrust them and I didn’t check my transactions I just found out when I was already at home but honestly this is not right!

Quick check in process and the suite we had was a great size
