"Perfect apartment for a couple of days in Setubal"

Easy Check-in, Spotless clean, Beautiful apartment, and well-maintained. The host is also very friendly and responds quickly via the Booking.com chat. I will definitely come back this summer!

"Don’t book here. It is a scam!!!!!!"

Nothing

This place is a scam. They have wording that is not visible about a deposit that is equivalent to 3 times the room rate and then don’t acknowledge it when wired. They left us without a place to stay and my bank confirmed that funds were sent as demanded.

Fiz esta reserva com antecedência para um compromisso importante em Setúbal e paguei integralmente pela estadia. No entanto, apenas após a confirmação e pagamento, fui informada de que seria necessário pagar um depósito de segurança de 200€, algo que não estava claro no momento da reserva. Infelizmente, não tive como efetuar essa transferência adicional no momento, e por isso não consegui realizar o check-in. A reserva acabou sendo cancelada como “não comparecimento”, o que considero extremamente injusto, já que o impedimento foi causado por uma condição que não estava transparente desde o início. Foi uma grande decepção, pois além do prejuízo financeiro, também gerou stress num momento importante para mim. Recomendo que futuros hóspedes tenham muita atenção às condições adicionais, e sugiro que o anfitrião/plataforma deixem essas informações mais visíveis antes do pagamento. Transparência faz toda a diferença na experiência do cliente.
