Very Disappointed Stay. We checked in and our room was large and surprisingly spacious, however, I expected a clean room, especially for the price we were paying for a Home 2. Our daughter was staying at the Renaissance by Marriott down the street for less with a clean & beautiful property. Walking into our room we found a used bar of soap in the shower, public hair in the shower, & toilet paper in toilet, dirty carpet with crumbs all over, & streaks with greasy fingerprints on the mirrors . We had to leave our room after we checked in & needed to get ready, which was an inconvenience in itself. They did come & quickly clean the room & left a couple of unwanted snacks. I then went in & had to dust the room myself. Then we never used maid service again. I made our beds & bought Clorox wipes to keep it clean. Not a great way to start our stay. They did throw us a few points, but definitely would have preferred a clean room. Also, breakfast was ok. We only ate it one time & then found a great breakfast down the street at Rosie’s Place.

My room 511 needed repairs to ceiling from previous damage. And shower door still had shaving foam from previous guest. So not cleaned well. But overall had a nice stay.

Fabulous property! We had a fantastic 5 night stay.

It was clean. I don’t like staying in hotels always afraid they are going to be dirty. This hotel was really clean and I felt comfortable. The price was higher than normal but it was a baseball weekend

Breakfast was good...extras not included at Hampton Inn

Unfortunately pool was closed due to "unforseen circumstances". Someone vomited in the pool. Indy 500 weekend...what can you do?
