I liked the comfy beds and having a private bathroom.

There was a bug in my bed and the shower curtains didn't reach the floor so the water got everywhere.

Great location. Comfortable bed and decent shower. Excellent meal in the pub bistro. Perfect for an overnight.

Our room window opened direct to a communal area, and light shone behind the blinds, reduced privacy

It was a very central location with easy access to a supermarket and eateries. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Although we were warned there would be a band playing until late we didn't really hear it. Ear plugs were provided just in case.

The shower was not working for the 2 days we were with only a mere trickly coming out of it. Parking could be a problem if there was no space behind the hotel.

I was told to expect disturbance from late-night live music downstairs, but on the days I was there, the music was scarcely a problem. The accommodation is 3.5 stars but the layout of the room I had worked well for me, everything I needed and nothing I didn't need.

The shower was adequate but not great - but nothing to complain about.

Could hear a noisy motor overnight ?fridges in kitchen switching on and off downstairs from where we were.
