Couldn’t figure out how to use entrance code. thankfully another guest from the hotel was there to help us because staff was unreachable.

The apartment is well locates

The apartment is very small and extremely dirty. Once they received the payment, the staff stopped responding completely. We sent several messages and got no reply at all. We accidentally left something behind when we checked out, and despite multiple follow-ups, we never heard back from them. The apartment smelled of mold, and the shower was moldy as well. Don’t be fooled by the pictures — the apartment might have looked like that when it first opened, but it’s far from what it looks like now. For just a few euros more, you can find much better options.

The room was clean and had many amenities, such as a stove and sink, microwave and washing machine. The bathroom was tiny but usable. Had the famous Japanese toilet. The bed was comfortable and a good size for two (average height) people.

The room was quite old and dated. The location wasn't very central but was an easy 15 min walk to Hakata Station. While rubbish bins were provided in the room, you had to call them to dispose of the rubbish else you risked a fine.

It's location mostly, but the apartment also had everything I needed and was comfortable enough.

The cleanliness (wasn't terrible, but quite a bit of dust and some hairs), as well as not being able to turn off the bathroom noise without turning off electricity for that part.

There was nothing to like about this place. It should be blacklisted from booking.com.

Awful and disgusting place. Whole building smelled bad and was low quality. The flat was looking like nothing on the pictures - it was dirty, with broken furniture, old, whole smelled with bedbugs, dead bugs were on the floor and in cupboards. Pictures provided on the site show new apartments, but it was old tiny apartment with very old stained furniture. Walls had mould on them, flat smelled with cigarettes. It was so disgusting that I decided to cancel my stay there. I demanded my money back but renter was not answering to any message with my complain, also if you look at booking.com there is no chat available with them and they don't answer any emails. Stay away from this place as they will cheat you out of your money.

Good sized room, has a lift, big wardrobe, good location next to a good supermarket, good air-conditioning, washing machine in room/on balcony.

Kitchen was small with very little space to put things but this seems fairly standard in japan.

Too small. Advertised as for 3 people with extra futon. But bed is too small to fit two people comfortably. Also the floor is too cold for sleeping. Room is so small We had to take turns to open our luggage.

Good location, close to train station and other services

The bed was quite hard, not much padding so hard to sleep.

Excellent location and facilities.

No easy way to communicate with the owner.
