"Cozy cute silent not the party central"

Facilities are great, u got everything except from toilet paper. Personally i recommend staying in Tenzin instead of Hakata, cuz there are more stuff to do there. But this place is nice, just a lil bit more walking from the station. A night or two is good, i stayed 5.. too much for me haha.

Can rent better place with this price, but this comes with laundry and kitchen ( w/ ventilation）

"Partially recommendable."

Good area, close to Hakata station (15 minutes walk), quiet side street, good sleeping comfort. Lawson market close by.

Looks bright in advertisement but is really very dark. Service bad: hard to find and hard to access - without nice taxidriver helping and explaining almost impossible - no light at entrance in the night. After water in bathroom stucked owner was lazy to come immediately and to repair. Inundation in bathroom. Partially recommendable.
