Old facility and severals facility not well work

The location was great, not so far from Hakata station

the bed sheet was dirty. there was a stain there. The bed was hard

There was no breakfast. I liked the proximity to Hakata station.

There were no coffee mugs so I bought one and just left it there for others to use.

The location was easily accessible by train and bus. It is right next to a supermarket, so it was easy to buy groceries and walk them back to the location. We could store and cook our groceries at the location, which was good for our budget. The apartment was very clean upon arrival. We were also able to wash our clothes using the washing machine and laundry detergent that were in the apartment. There are also some good restaurants in the area. We enjoyed the location the most.

Every time we flushed the toilet the top part, where the sink meets the toilet, would leak water onto the floor. We were always worried the toilet would break, so we tried to use it as little as possible. When we contacted the owner about the problem, they wanted to come inspect it, but we did not want to have people bothering us during tour vacation. This is why we chose this property instead of a hotel. We did not want to have any staff disturb us, but the owners kept calling us during the day because they wanted to come check on the problem. They should have checked the toilet before we checked into the property. It is their responsibility to ensure all amenities are in working order before guests arrive. The beds was not the most comfortable. Both my partner and I felt some of the mattress springs poking our backs while we slept. There was no cooking oil or salt and pepper stocked in the pantry. We had to buy these items ourselves. The other property we stayed at had supplied these for us (tea, salt and pepper, cooking oil, soy sauce, sugar). Maybe consider adding these to your location to match your competitors.

Comfortable, independent, convenient space

Omg. Staff mistook my room, when I got to that room was already occupied. It took me 1 hour to solve it. But overall still very good for the price and room amenities
