I checked in on Friday and checked out on Monday. During my stay, no one came in to clean or take out the trash or the used towels.

Tasha at the front desk was a wonderful help to my husband and I. We needed to drop items off and she found an open room we could use prior to check-in. She also texted to ask how our stay was during the day. An extremely helpful staff!

Smokers are allowed to stand right outside front entrance, so it stinks!!! Literally! Breakfast food was lukewarm, fried eggs and hash browns. The view out front lobby is watching smokers puff away. They even have table and chairs out there so they can sit and smoke. So if you are a smoker, this ones for you!!!

I like the set up of the rooms. They were clean and the beds comfortable.

I did not like the chicken bone we found on the floor of the room. I reported this to the front desk. I also complained that a Florida wagoneer vehicle was park, the length of we where there, in the lines drawn in the handi cap parking section. It took up two handicap spaces that could have been use by handi cap people. The vehicle was still parked there when we left. It should have been towed or moved once reported to the desk. Breakfeast should be served sooner than 7:00 am especially when a cheer comp is going on in the nexes center. Familys every where and performance times start early am with teams ariving at 7:30. Needless to say we could not use the breakfeast option. Other than that we were satisfied.

How quickly they fixed the booking mistake a third party booking had us in a queen double but they sent the hotel a king. It was fixed in no time at all.

You can hear a lot of outside noises. Most hotels we can't hear the outside but this one we could.
