Everything was ok about the property but I wasn't able to get an handicapped accessible room

Shower was falling apart

Everyone was polite and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We got there about 9 o’clock that night and the clerk at the front desk was welcoming, nice polite, and took care of everything we needed.

Just disappointed wehad to pay for parking and the washers and dryers messed up on our stay other then that we loved location and so comfortable

Hotel floor was hot. AC was either too cold or heat was coming out. The one major thing that REALLY bothered me was the towel service. One night we asked for more towels and was told that you have to come down to the front desk to get them. Day 2 we were told that you have to EXCHANGE the towels with a staff member. This really rubbed me the wrong way because you’re asking the customer to touch DIRTY towels that we’ve already bathed with and bring them to you in order to get new ones????!?!!! I’m confused and offended as a paying customer. I will not be staying at a Home 2 ever again.
