"unfriendly and disregarded our needs"

Got to the hotel and pool looked like a swamp! We did not want to stay because we had kids who wanted to swim...we did not check in and canceled....they would NOT refund me the entire stay! They are charging me 1 night stay even though we did not even check in!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Itโ€™s conveniently located within close proximity to shopping centers and local attractions, making it easy to explore the area without needing to travel far. Parking was a breeze, with plenty of available spots and easy access to the entrance. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in.
