Room not soundproof hearing neighbours and outside, AC wasnt worked ( remote playing up )called the reception to send technician but never came so need to figure out how to fix it our self

I was told that the hotel is relatively new and the staff at the reception and restaurant was very helpful and friendly. I didn't expect the nice lobby and nice restaurant at first so it was a nice surprise. The food was delicious.

The room was okay but the couch and toilet were not well maintained and a bit run down considering the hotel has not been around for too many years. The couch in particular has several stains.
