My stay at Mercure Bengkulu was truly memorable, thanks to an exceptional moment provided by Dwi Kumala, a member of the reception team. She enthusiastically shared insights about Bengkulu's abundant durian season and its affordability, even offering to bring some for me to sample. During breakfast, Dwi Kumala surprised me which I initially mistook for a sampling lunch box. To my delight, it turned out to be a around 5 kg tightly packaged of peeled durian as a gift from Bengkulu. What stood out the most was Dwi Kumala's pride in showcasing Bengkulu's renowned produce and her sincere hospitality, treating guests like cherished family members. It's clear that Mercure Bengkulu selects staff who embody passion and dedication, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere that guests can truly appreciate. Hats off to Mercure Bengkulu for providing such an extraordinary experience.

"Excellent hotel, amazing staff and facilities in the brilliant Bengkulu."

All the staff were friendly and professional and straight away I was given an upgrade to a sea view room which was fantastic. The hotel itself is stunning and the room I was in was huge. The facilites were all pretty good. The pool could be bigger but its more than sufficient. The cleaning staff did a great job and the location is perfect to explore Bengkulu. This hotel helped make my stay really enjoyable and is a great addition to the town. I can't wait to hopefully return in April.

There wasnt much wrong with the hotel at all. It had a lot of corporate events on but this did not impact my stay other than parking at times was slightly awkward. I feel the top floor should be reserved for hotel guests.

Comfortable bed and strategic location.

We were waiting for more than 1 hr for check in because the room wasn’t ready. I need to call the receptionist to follow up when the room is ready. One of the room doesn’t have toothbrushes set and also no soap provided. The floor not clean.

Staycation with family for the first time in Mercure Bengkulu. Check in process was handle by Ms Putri. She is very nice. We booked deluxe room and got beautiful view. Kids was very happy. There is swimming pool and kidsplayground. The food at the restaurant is delicious. Very recommended. Good job Mercure
