The seasonal pool will be open from May to October. Up to 2 children 6 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. It was very well priced, and the room was spacious. The sauna was on all the time and the breakfast was very good.

The pool was very dirty and actually the room could have done with a coat of paint. However, worst was traffic noise at night and distance to hakata city centre.

Beautiful room with spa on the balcony. Breakfast included, felt like we had a personal chef, definitely a highlight! Everything in the mini bar included, option to use the pool and sauna. We were also able to forward our luggage here early. Great communication thru the app.

Location was average, had to uber everywhere, nothing really in walking distance, a lot of construction out the front. Check in wasn’t till 4pm which felt late.

Beautiful rooms. Friendly staff. Lovely hotel and good value for money.

No bar as such just a 'club' area where you could have a snack, but it wasn't conducive to a lengthy visit and was not manned.
