Très classe, raffiné. Les installations; piscine et lobby. Bon petit déjeuner. Les activités d'organisation de mariage ne nuisent pas au confort du séjour.

Excentré, présence très appuyée des personnels, les matelas n'étaient pas très confortables selon nos critères.

Heel mooie kamers en zeer netjes. Het zwembad is verwarmd en kan dus zelfs bij kouder weer gebruikt worden. De drankjes en hapje in de loungebar zijn inbegrepen, wat voor ons een heel fijne verrassing was.

Het ligt ver uit het centrum en is ook 20 minuten wandelen van het metrostation (maar dat wisten we natuurlijk van tevoren).

From the second we arrived, we were treated so well. The hotel definitely should be 5 star! We were astounded that it’s classified 4 star. The location was great. The staff were exceptional and everything from the room to the breakfast was first class!!! A major highlight of our holiday!!!! We were sad we didn’t stay longer

The hotel is luxurious, the pool amazing and drinks snacks made available free of charge appreciated. The staff was helpful and our breakfast was interesting and delicious. Our room and bathroom were lovely too.

We liked everything but perhaps the location of this hotel is away from the buzz of the city. We walked 20 min to the tube station before catching a tube to Tenjin - about 15-20 min. The area is nice and residential though even if quiet
