Please avoid stay here. I can’t write a lengthy overview about my experience but no need. Just look for other options. Calgary has other wonderful affordable options. Do not stay here.

The condo itself was great. The management of the condo is appalling. They state to advise if showing up later than the normal check-in time, which I did, only to find a locked building as the commissionaire was gone. I called. Their solution - wait for another resident to open the door and let me in. Seriously?? It's a recovering area, with street people around, and not safe. Pathetic!

Very difficult to access. Communication was terrible. I ended up having to rent a hotel not far from the location of this property. I arrived late after a long flight. Was locked out of the property. Tried to contacting the renters whom where not helpful at all. Please read the fine print if you decide to stay there. In my opinion look elsewhere. As a matter of fact my may never use them or Expedia again after this experience. I travel allot and this was a terrible experience. Expedia has washed there hands and told me that they can not help me with the cancelation and or refund. So I paid for the stay and had to stay at a different hotel for the duration of my trip.

Wouldn’t recommend. Crazy rules. We had a 25 year old with us who could sign in but she was a foreign and they wouldn’t take her Drivers license as proper ID so we could not even enter the property and they would not give us a refund even though we did not stay or even enter. Should’ve been refunded or let us in…. Such a waste of time and money

What a fantastic facility and within walking distance of most area attractions. The condo was far better than staying at a hotel and so much less in cost for more amenities in the unit. Certainly would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed 63 days. The unit is very nice, good location, one assigned u/g parking included, facing east, panoramic view, all people living in the building are adults over 19 years old, very quiet and safe. We give a big five star to the building and to the unit we stayed. However, we do not like the Simply Comfort Team. No one came to do the damage inspect before our departure. They waited 5 days after we left, sent us a statement saying there was a scratch on the desk, and one item was missing. They charge $40CAD for a $2.00CAD paper towel wire holder that was missing. The scratch on the desk had been on the table before our arrival. Why they did not inspect with us and let us sign the acknowledgement before our departure? That's why we love the unit, but do not like the communication with the management. The management is not friendly, not personal, and not fair. To make a good business and keep expanding, they should make us --- very good tenants, happy and feel to be welcomed, not false accuse or penalize us. There is very big competition for the same type of business out there. People who paying big money for a business want to be respected, cherished, and pampered, not to be penalized, especially penalized by false accusation of some thing very small and cheap.

Views are amazing from the aprtment we had.Security very nice. Facilities within the complex excellent. Review for cleanliness was less because the area outside of he proerty too many homeless people within 500 metres of the place. Station about 200 metres away excellent for commutin.
