Rita Cruise

The cruise ship was beautiful, and the rooms were clean and well kept. The staff were very personable and made everyone feel welcome!

The food was a slight let down, they were very good at catering to each person but it was mainly westernised food and wasn't as fresh as it could be.

The room and the boat were spacious. The food on the cruise was very good and the servers were kind and polite. The cruise manager Happy, the assistant Helen (Whatsapp) and the waiter Zack were really into making our experience as pleasant as possible. The pool was big and its size was what we expected. Loved the kayaking tour around the caves. The day trip to Cat Ba Island (Viet Hai village) was awesome and I recommend the cycling tour. The guide on the day trip was also very nice and helpful.

The pool was dirty. The lunch on the day trip (with another boat) was tasteless and mediocre. Also, the sea is dirty and I understand it is not Rita Cruise's fault but swimming was a "no" for me.

We had an amazing time on Rita Cruises! Alice was very helpful in assisting us to arrange our stay in advance, and also checking in with us during our stay to ensure we had everything we require. On board, the staff were welcoming, engaging and attentive. We particularly enjoyed speaking with Hung, who was professional and enthusiastic! The restaurant manager also went above and beyond to ensure that we could eat confidently with our dietary requirements, and the food was of exceptional quality! This made all the difference during our stay. We stayed for 2 night and 3 days. The activities were well organised and the perfect mix of relaxing and exciting! We enjoyed kayaking, swimming and particularity enjoyed our day trip to a small local village as well as jumping off the day boat! Jay was a fantastic local guide who was clearly passionate about Ha Long Bay and very knowledgeable. The facilities were clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We would definitely return to Rita Cruises!

The ship was awesome! Clean, comfortable and spacious. We booked last minute and Helen, our concierge was exceptionally helpful, kind and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Amazing rooms, lovely staff and of course the most beautiful location. It all just felt very high quality and well done

You have to get a small boat to the main boat which wasn’t super clear (or nice) so we were a bit concerned at the time…but then we saw how beautiful the main boat was and all the worry disappeared!

We loved everything about our Cruise. Helen who attends to the bookings was amazing. She communicated with us from the day we made the booking till we got back to our hotel in Hanoi. She arranged transportation to and from our hotel and thought off everything. I can highly recommend this cruise and hope to go back one day to spend more time in Halong Bay.

The service and staff was amazing. Especially Alice, the point of contact and Joe.l the head guide. They arranged wine in the room for my parents and accommodated any requests.
