this is our second time staying here and we could never get the hot water to work, well the cold water is very cold and where the hot water is supposed to work well it's not as cold as the cold side, but it is still cold

Self check-in is easy. They sent an email with detailed instructions on the check in process. The rooms are comfortable and clean but basic. Too expensive. They are strict with checkout time. You turn in the key to the individual in the housekeeping room. They make a call indicating the room key for room X was turned in. I would not risk one minute past the checkout. The bathroom had a plastic 3 oz toiletry travel container with body wash. It had a label indicating it was hotel property and you'd be charged $25 if removed. A little excessive for a container you buy at Walmart for $3 for a package of three. They have a few lockers with locks available for use after checkout to store belongings while touring Culebra.
