"Clean, comfortable, spacious accommodation in the heart of Windsor. Loved it!"

Location was fab. Lovely big room, nice and clean and very comfortable bed.

There is secondary glazing - make sure it is closed, the bathroom window has some and was open which mean we could hear some street noise. It is fine if closed.

What a fabulous property. Great welcoming room with everything we needed for an overnight stay. Comfortable bed and linens. Great host. Amazing location. We just wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely book here again.

"Comfortable stay"

We booked the room last minute and arrived before official check in. The manager put the heating on in the room for us, prior to getting out bags. So considerate. The room was warm and comfortable. The bathroom was large and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect.

There was an issue with the front door lock at the time we stayed and was planned for repair, so slightly concerned about security. But informed there was on site /oncall person staying there in case of issues.

"Apart from the location I would not recommend staying here as definitely not worth the cost"

The location was good

The noise at night, which explained the earplugs left in the room. The front door lock was not working so anyone could have walked in. The electricity went off half way through the night in one of our rooms, which meant the room was cold as well as dark. The manager tried to sort it but couldn’t, offered a different room but this was at 9am and we were checking out at 10am

"Good"

Excellent location in the centre of town. Good size room and bathroom.

Unfortunately close to a nightclub with a lot of people passing. Key code didn’t work and had to wait until the door could be opened manually.
