I’ve recently stayed in both room 504 and 505 and both shower heads were dribbling rather than spraying, definitely need to clean or replace them.

Very friendly welcome. Nothing too much trouble for staff. Room very comfortable and warm. Really good bathroom. Staff dealt most efficiently with a minor problem with TV reception. Good breakfast room where we could store our own food as well. Glasses and mugs made available to use in the room. Self service breakfast - good choice of cereals, breads, croissant, fruit etc Good value for money both the room and the breakfast

I would have liked Earl Grey tea bags and proper coffee. Good selection of fruit and herb teas though.
