Received a room thay was unclean in the bathroom area the tub had dry hair in it the towels at the sink had hair stuck to them while foldedup and the lamp in the room didn't properly work and the person who rented the room was called and he spoke limited English rhat wasn't understanding when i asked for anothwr room he.wanted to send a cleaning person to the room and clean it while we are inside

My room needs lots of repair. There were baby roaches on the bathroom floor and counter where the fridge and microwave Located at. Pillow was torn, towels are so old they look grey in color. Never going back there again.

The room stink and dirty. The pillows was so stink and the sheet stink. Bathroom have cigarette burn all over and towel was stain and look dirty Couldn't stay the night I have to go somewhere else since they didn't want to do a refund

There were cockroaches in the hotel room. By far the grossest place I’ve ever stepped foot in. I wanted to shower and I didn’t even sit down in the room.

Mold above the shower, saw a roach climbing the wall by the bed into the light fixture and tried to tell me I didn’t have a booking even after showing them Expedia confirmation and the receipt.

The room was clear but smellet of smoke ask to change the room but couldn't do so as there wascroom available. The manager try to help but could not do so, but he did give airfreshrer.

The room was very dirty. There was food on the walls, cigarette burns all over the tub (in a non smoking room), long black hairs inside of the sheets, very run down and the door looked like it had been kicked open. I was there 10 minutes and checked out. However, the front desk person was very nice. He apologized and offered for me to change rooms. When I mentioned I had already booked a different location, he told me the process of what I needed to do to get a refund! He approved the refund without question when hotels.com contacted them!
