"Friend staff good breakfast good value hotel."

The location was perfect for us as we were meeting friends nearby

We didn’t have a shower. The bathroom was very nice but we would have preferred a shower.

Lovely place to stay. Great location. Staff so friendly. Room was a good size and all facilities were fine. Rooms all seemed to be different and staff were quick to identify suitability of each room. Breakfast was really tasty. Was a great stay.

Charming country home, quality fittings and old house character.

Dining room doubles as ‘cafe’ during the day. So not the luxurious dining experience / feeling that it could be. Still very comfortable.

"Wonderful location, with great views and beautiful rooms"

The location, the hole in the trees that lead to a beautiful walk with the view of Roseberry Topping. I have been three times now and every time they have been friendly and accommodating, The breakfast is really good, full English breakfast, coffee refill, cereals and fruit. I enjoy coming back to this hotel. Staff are friendly
