We had a lovely one night stay, Jonny was very kind and drove us to our evening venue and came and picked us up at 11pm you don’t usually get such customer support, we had a lovely breakfast and would definitely recommend

Friendly, accommodating staff.

Parking is limited and unsuitable, and there is no area to turn around easily, as the logical point to do so (in front of the main entrance) has prominent 'no turning beyond this point' signs. There was a very strong smell of sewage immediately outside the property which was very unpleasant. The hot tub clearly listed in the room description, is actually out on the deck right next to the bar tables! Our room was unbelievably hot (no fan or air con), the sliding perspex inner windows only opened partially and of course then the noise from the bar area and the sewage smell came right into the room. The bedroom had a corner bathroom that was clean, but absolutely tiny - even the shower gel and shampoo pump bottles are on the floor next to the sink, not in the shower. The grey chair in the room had some interesting stains on it and needs a good clean.

Room was tiny, very tired and the hotel as a whole is very limited
