"Najlepiej omijać te miejsce, zdjęcia mieszkania są nieaktualne"

Widok z okna na port i dostępność w okolicy licznych piekarni i sklepu spożywczego zasługują na duży plus.

Ściany popękane, brud w narożnikach, praktycznie w większości pomieszczeń. Stara lodówka stojąca na korytarzu, która utrudnia wejście do mieszkania. Zewnętrzne okiennice przy wietrznym dniu uderzają o ścianę budynku, przez zepsute mocowania w ścianie. Bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach z prysznica, po przyjechaniu na miejsce byl zatkany szmatką, przez co smród się nie wydobywał, ale podczas korzystania z niego, to ten brzydki zapach się pogłębiał. Temperatura wody do kąpieli letnia. Centymetrowy kurz na rantach płytek w łazience. Zdjęcia nie oddają faktycznego stanu mieszkania, jakby były robione 15 lat temu. W kuchni zepsuta szafka. Na pewno nie skorzystałbym drugi raz z tej oferty.
