Torre a mare Sun

The location of the property is great, a short walk to the small beaches which have lovely clear water. There are some fantastic restaurants nearby. The washing machine is a helpful addition.

There are a few issues with the property. 1. The host wasn't easy to contact and we waited for 30mins hoping for a reply to be let in, we had sent him arrival information in advance. 2. The smell, the bathroom drains don't smell nice and infect the whole apartment if you don't keep the door closed. 3. The air conditioning doesn't work, you can't say the property has air-conditioning if it isn't working. 4. The fridge doesn't work and is very warm probably as it is inside an unventilated cupboard. 5. The noise outside in the morning was awful, as you had to keep the windows open to cool the apartment. We were woken up by the glass bins being collected both mornings. This property has so much potential.

The views

This is an apartment for 2 persons MAX. The "second bed" is a couch-bed so shittty and so old that I am sure the owner would rather sleep on the street than on it. Plus, the AC unit in the living room doesn't work. Apparently, we learned from the cleaning staff that it hasn't worked for more than a year, but the owner has decided to do nothing about it. Great feature for summer, where it was as hot as 38 degrees, day and night. The communication was awful. As if talking to a chat bot. Worse, actually. The couch bed sheets were nowhere to be found, and when we actually found them (in the other bedroom cupboard), they were full of sand. Kitchen utilities BAD. The hot water runs out in one shower. The chat bot didn't warn us about it, and after managing to talk to the cleaning stuff, we were told that it is no problem. You simply need to re set the shower and voila! Hot water again. Would have been nice to discover it a few showers ago.... Also, the pump is so loud that you can hear it from the street. This happens every time you open a tap... Wi fi doesn't work either. I don't recall such a terrible experience with booking and I am a frequent traveler Please, advertise this apartment as a single room with double bed bed and dump that shitty couch far away

It has everything you need And the view from the window is amazing A lot of places close to the apartment with a tasty food And a nice playground for kids

Excellent location

Lots of amenities listed, but: Elevator out of service Dishwasher out of service. One if the AC/heating units (in the living room) sounds like it's about to fall apart violently. Water heater stops working on daily basis, you need to manually restart it and sometimes even that doesn't work. It will even stop in the middle of your shower, making it highly unpleasant. Washing machine stopped working. Freezer was so frozen over it was unusable.

The flat is at ideal spot to see the city vibe and has a balcony which provides excellent view and good way of spending evenings.

You should add some good knives for cutting the bread and meat, big bowl for salads and also kettle for turkish coffee. This is only thing that we missed but, frankly, at a lot of spots we have visited we had this problem. Maybe we expect too much :).
