El WIFI funcionaba bien y el personal es amable.

Pieza pequeña, sin ventanas al exterior, lo cual la hacía un poco sofocante. A las 05 am gente del hostal comenzó a meter ruido, como conversaciones en voz alta y cierre de puertas. El cobro me lo hicieron en pesos chilenos con el cambio del día que hice la reserva y no con el cambio del momento del pago, que es lo que corresponde. Al hacerles notar esto, la encargada de los pagos me indicó que Booking le había indicado que debía ser así, sin embargo, cuando llamé a Booking me indicaron que no era así, y que llamarían a la propiedad para corregirles. No obstante lo anterior, la propiedad no ofreció hacer la devolución de los $2.000CLP extras que me cobraron.

It is a relatively big hostal considering it is in a small village. The rooms are basic but ok. Wifi works and shower was hot. However, the hotel can be very noisy and you can hear everything. Most other guests were miners and some of them were loud (singing, TVs, talking in the hallway). They come and go late at night and early morning. My room only had a window facing the hallway with bright lights. So I didn’t sleep much. Breakfast was limited and not enough for me.

Fantastic people! So willing to help and get me a room. Made sure it was clean and ready for me. Helped with my motorcycle luggage etc.

Shower was very old and low pressure. The rooms are laid out in a unique way with windows into the hallway so you hear quite a bit of activity. No AC.

Staff very unpleasant, and the value for money was poor.

The location presents itself pretty consistent. From the moment when entering the experience was a very bad one - and so was it until the moment to leaving the place.

we booked a 3-bed room but got an extra narrow 2-bed room. It was extra extra noisy - on the one side lots of other very loud guests until deep into the night - on the other side you were feeling as sleeping in the middle of the road - so loud it was from roadside. Breakfast: very poor. Friendlyness: negative.

Al check-in hanno addebitato il prezzo pieno della camera e non della prenotazione (ben 20 euro di differenza) dicendo che nel prezzo della prenotazione non erano incluse le spese e varie strane spiegazioni sul fatto che abbiamo prenotato con un sito diverso da booking, mah! Abbiamo dovuto quasi litigare per farci ridare la differenza in contanti. Colazione: una fettina di prosciutto cotto dispersa in un panino gigante e caffè.

Ótima pousada.

Worst hotel ever! 1. there was no water in the hotel and the receptionist did not mention that to us when we arrived, se we had to find out 2. Water came back at night but it was cold in the morning! Receptionist said it would probably be hot at around 10 am… 3. The entrance bell rang several times during the night as the guests, when going out, have to leave their key to the reception desk. As the receptionist does not sit behind her desk, the bell has to ring in the whole hotel so that the receptionist can hear it and hence wakes up everyone sleeping 4. The neighborhood is super noisy with some karaoke going on next to the hotel 5. As in any very cheap construction, the walls and ceilings are super thin so that you can Hear everything that is going outside your room 6. And do not expect to eat anything fresh at the breakfast! The juice is from chemical powder, there is no fruit. 7. The hotel is very expensive compared to the services it offers, as it probably makes the most of the lack of competition I’ve always appreciated any hotel I have been in but this one is a nightmare.
