Крайне разочарованы проживанием в этом отеле. Мы приехали компанией из двух пар, и проблемы начались сразу. Одну пару сначала заселили в номер, где не работал кондиционер, после чего их переселили в другой номер — уже с огромной плесенью на потолке в ванной. В целом номер был в очень плохом состоянии: грязно, уборка явно не проводилась должным образом. Самое неприятное — большая плесень на потолке в ванной, что вызывает серьёзные вопросы к гигиене и безопасности проживания. Также из крана текла только горячая вода, и эту проблему исправили лишь спустя два дня. Отдельно стоит отметить ситуацию с подушками — от них исходил неприятный запах, из-за чего нам пришлось самостоятельно отвезти их в прачечную. При этом владельцы отеля заявили, что это «нормально», и отказались компенсировать нам расходы на стирку. Также были вопросы к постельному белью — отсутствовал пододеяльник (одеяло было просто между простынями), что только усилило общее негативное впечатление. Кроме того, собаки, принадлежащие владельцам отеля, свободно бегают по территории. Они постоянно лаяли, прибегали к нашему номеру и справляли нужду прямо на лужайке. Из-за этого невозможно было спокойно находиться рядом с номером — стоял неприятный запах, и обстановка в целом была крайне некомфортной. Находиться в таких условиях было тяжело, ощущалась сырость, антисанитария и общее пренебрежение к гостям. Это абсолютно не соответствует базовым стандартам отеля. Не рекомендуем этот отель.

I very rarely leave negative reviews — I know how damaging they can be for a small business. But after almost 6 months of continuous travel and 25+ accommodations, this is the only place that has compelled me to write one. That alone should say everything. I booked two stays here (2 nights followed by 7 nights) and left within 2 hours of arrival because: The room was filthy and clearly not properly cleaned. The air conditioning didn’t work, making the room unlivable in Canggu’s heat. There was no staff support. On arrival I waited almost 30 minutes before anyone appeared to let me in. After being shown the dirty room, I sent two messages through their official channel — both ignored. I waited over 2 hours at the property for help — no one came. I returned the next day to complain in person — again, no staff present. Despite this, the property refused a refund, hiding behind “non-refundable” policies. Hotels.com confirmed that even after multiple attempts, the property refused to take responsibility. This is not hospitality. Selling a dirty, unserviced room with no working air conditioning and no staff support is unacceptable and misleading. Out of respect for small businesses, I almost never leave negative reviews — but in this case, future travelers deserve to be warned. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had anywhere in Asia. There are countless other properties in Canggu that are cleaner, more reliable, and far more professional for the same price. Avoid.

The location on booking.com doesn’t quite match the actual location. Ended up a bit further from the beach than expected.
