Stunning Skipton House by Yorksha Property

After booking a number of weeks in advance, I received a message from the host asking me to sign their own terms and conditions, pay a £200 deposit and provide ID. None of this was on the listing. I had several messages from the over the weeks and I kept responding explaining it’s not appropriate to put additional terms and conditions on customers post booking. This went on for weeks. Eventually, they back down after I started quoting contract law. They promised to update their listing, however they haven’t and therefore my story made it to the review The property is OK, however both bathrooms are in a dire state. The bedroom I used had clearly suffered a number of leaks from above. The photos on the listing were not taken recently. No way would I staying here again or use this host.

Very disappointed at the cleanliness not hovered well ,down stairs w/c sink full with dirty water that didn't drain away the 3 nights we were there ,heating downstairs not on very cold as January had to turn downstairs radiators on , shower 1 broken and shower 2 not clean with mouldy sealant i woulnt recommend this property as it is unless bathrooms were renovated and wouldn't return shame as good location and big house was expensive by comparison to quality of other properties ive stayed in
